About The Cupping Desk

The Cupping Desk is a place to find good Indian coffee and learn to brew it. It brings three things to one counter:

• The roasters' shelf: single origins from Bangalore roasters, with prices copied from their own shops. You buy straight from the roaster.
• The Origin journal: India's coffee regions, each on a contour map drawn from real elevation data, with every fact sourced.
• The barista: an AI guide that helps you pick a bean and fix your brew.

How we list roasters

A roaster appears on the shelf only after they've agreed to be listed. Prices, weights and tasting notes come from the roaster's own product pages, with the date we checked them. No roaster pays to be listed. Read more in the terms and referral disclosure.
